Due to all of our products being custom made, we are unable to offer refunds unless the product is damaged. If your product is damaged, the customer will need to take a picture and sent to us to start the returns process.
The customer is to pay for postage to return the damaged product where it will be inspected. We are not liable for any missing or delayed post therefore we suggest you use a reputable tracked service. If there is no damage a refund will not be issued and the item will be returned to the customer. If there is damage to your product which we cannot fix then a refund will be issued. Payment should be received within 3-5 days depending on your service provider.
